This package consists of:
- One intake call (60-90 mins) which will involve a thorough discussion of your health history, goals and desired outputs. I will make some initial recommendations for you to get started with.
- One follow up call where I will present you with a detailed Health Summary Report and Health Action Plan backed by the latest research.
During this session we can discuss whether my full program is a suitable next step.

The ultimate plan to meet your unique health objectives. Nutritional therapy isn't a quick fix, it's a journey to optimal health.
This program consists of:
- A minimum of 6 sessions (to be taken over a 3 month period)
- Comprehensive diet diary analysis
- Meal plan advice
- Recipes and informative handouts
- Continuous review and update to your bespoke Health Action Plan
- Functional test interpretation (where relevant)
- Supplement review and recommendations (where relevant)
- Medication and nutrient interaction evaluation
- Option to add on a bespoke physical activity regime (extra cost)
- WhatsApp support throughout (during working hours)

Note: My introductory package is required before proceeding with this program (50% of the introductory fee will be deducted from this program if you choose to proceed).
